Can I order a Genie material lift if it's out of stock?

Yes — Products shown as out of stock or on backorder can still be added to your basket and pre-ordered. Please contact us regarding lead times before placing your order. We can provide an accurate estimated delivery date and ensure the expected arrival date is suitable for you, helping to prevent any potential longer waiting times than expected.

Do you offer discounts for multiple units?

We offer trade pricing on multi-unit orders. Call us on 01332 977877 to discuss your requirements.

Can I add accessories to my order?

Yes — attachments and accessories can be added to any machine order and will ship together where possible.

Will my order arrive in one delivery?

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered products, you have two delivery options: Seperate Delivery - Your in-stock products will be dispatched immediately, with the backordered products sent seperately when they become available. Where seperate shipments are required, additional delivery charges will apply. Combined Delivery - You can choose to have your complete order held until all products are available. Your entire order will then be dispatched together, meaning you will only pay one delivery charge where applicable.
