Product Details

The Genie GL8 Standard base is one of the popular GL models, known for its reliability. It is a go-to choice for safe material handling for users nationwide. Combining strength and versatility, the Genie GL8 Standard base has a lifting height of 3.06m with the forks up and a lifting capacity of 181kg. This manually operated material lift is commonly used for installation projects, stocking shelves, loading and unloading, order picking, and warehouse work.

Built to the highest quality, the GL8 Standard base can be set up in minutes by one operator. Its narrow and lightweight design allows for easy transport as it can be easily loaded and unloaded from a van. Whether you are working within a warehouse or moving from different job sites, the Genie GL8 is a reliable choice for your material handling requirements.

On all Genie Lift models, the standard forks can be flipped to increase the lifting height. The Genie GL8 standard can be equipped with a range of interchangeable attachments, allowing you to adapt to different lifting tasks. You can equip it with a load platform for flat or irregular objects, a boom attachment that turns your GL into a hoist, or even a ladder for enhanced reach. The pneumatic rear tires provide smooth mobility over uneven surfaces, while the foot brake ensures stability during use.

Orders placed before 10:00 am Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day for next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed after this time, or at a weekend, are despatched the next working day.

Delivery of machines is booked in with you directly so someone is on site to receive it.

Click & Collect is available from our Castle Donington showroom Monday to Friday. We will confirm either by email or phone once your order is ready to collect.

The package includes one annual Service and Thorough Examination (LOLER), carried out at our Headquarters by our experienced service team. Please note: The material lift must be delivered to our centrally located premises for the Service and Thorough Examination to be carried out. If you are unable to deliver the material lift, please contact a member of our team to discuss the available options.

Yes — attachments and accessories can be added to any machine order and will ship together where possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered products, you have two delivery options: Seperate Delivery -
Your in-stock products will be dispatched immediately, with the backordered products sent seperately when they become available. Where seperate shipments are required, additional delivery charges will apply. Combined Delivery -
You can choose to have your complete order held until all products are available. Your entire order will then be dispatched together, meaning you will only pay one delivery charge where applicable.
