Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Workplatform, we aim to make ordering Genie material lifts, parts and accessories as simple and convenient as possible. Our delivery service is designed to get your equipment and parts to you quickly, with free next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses available on Genie material lifts and eligible in-stock orders.
Material Lift Delivery
All Genie material lifts in stock qualify for free next working day delivery when ordered by 10:00 am Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and delivery location.
Order by 10:00 am Monday–Friday for Free Next Working Day Delivery.
Orders placed after 10:00 am will be processed for delivery on the following available working day.
Free next working day delivery is subject to the product being in stock.
If a Genie material lift is out of stock, you can still place a pre-order. There will be no delivery charge, and your material lift will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
Parts & Accessories
In-stock Genie parts and accessories are also available for next working day delivery when ordered by 10:00 am Monday–Friday, subject to stock availability.
Delivery charges for parts and accessories are calculated according to the weight and size of the order and will be displayed during checkout.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Please contact us regarding lead times before placing your order. We can provide an accurate estimated delivery date and ensure the expected arrival date is suitable for you, helping to prevent any potential longer waiting times than expected.
Products shown as out of stock or on backorder can still be added to your basket and pre-ordered.
These products will be dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock.
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered products, you have two delivery options:
Seperate Delivery
Your in-stock products will be dispatched immediately, with the backordered products sent seperately when they become available. Where seperate shipments are required, additional delivery charges will apply.
Combined Delivery
You can choose to have your complete order held until all products are available. Your entire order will then be dispatched together, meaning you will only pay one delivery charge where applicable.
Material Lifts & Parts or Accessories Ordered Together
When you purchase a Genie material lift together with parts or accessories, the entire order qualifies for free delivery.
If a material lift is pre-ordered because it is currently out of stock, the order will still qualify for free delivery. If required, the material lift and any associated parts or accessories can be dispatched separately as soon as they become available.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our showroom Monday–Friday.
Customers can choose to collect their order directly from the Workplatform showroom.
Orders will be available for collection once we have confirmed that they are ready. If all items are in stock, your order will usually be available for collection the same day. We will contact you directly to arrange a suitable collection time.
If any items are out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you once they arrive in stock to arrange a suitable collection date.
Delivery Charges
Genie material lifts: Free next working day delivery when in stock and ordered by 10:00 am Monday–Friday.
Pre-ordered Genie material lifts: Free delivery, then immediately dispatched once back in stock.
Material lift + parts/accessories: Free delivery when purchased together.
Parts and accessories ordered separately: Delivery charge calculated according to weight and order size.
Orders requiring multiple deliveries: Additional delivery charges may apply.
Click & Collect: Available Monday–Friday from our showroom.
Delivery Times
Order by 10:00 am Monday–Friday for Free Next Working Day Delivery.
Next day delivery is subject to stock availability, courier availability and delivery location. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or outside Monday–Friday, will be processed for the next available working day.
While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, delivery dates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or unforeseen stock issues.
